When you contact PATRIOT we will schedule an in-person quote. Don't worry, there's no pressure to accept service. Our goal is to understand the details of your request, provide the most accurate quote possible, and hopefully make a friend in the process.
We try hard to respect your time. As a courtesy to our customers, we'll send a text reminder the day before service. The day of service we will send a text message when we're headed in your direction.
Upon completion of service, we will send you an invoice via text message for payment online or via your mobile device. We request that payment be made within 5 calendar days, but require payment prior to next service. If payment is not made service will cease until payment is made. Service will resume after receipt of payment.
We require a valid credit/debit card on file for payment. No need to worry, you remain in control of when payment is made. For your convenience PATRIOT will bill your card after each service. If you prefer you may manually process your card already on file after each service.
All mowing services are provided on a weekly basis.
No need to worry when PATRIOT will show up. You will receive a regularly scheduled day of service. We will even do our best to maintain your same time of service.
